Shipora is a parcel delivery app. The brief was simple to say and hard to do: make ordering a delivery, and following it to the door, feel effortless.
What the project covers
- Research into why customers lose trust in delivery services, summarised into clear problem statements
- A user persona and the goals the app had to meet for her
- The mobile app: ordering, live tracking and delivery status screens
- A small identity for the product: the Shipora mark, type and colour
How it was approached
The work starts with the problem, not the screens. The presentation walks from research findings to the problems they point at, then to the design solutions, so every screen can be traced back to a reason. Live tracking sits at the centre of the app because uncertainty about where a parcel is was the main source of frustration.
