Real estate case studies: a property dashboard, AI advisor and landing page

Three real estate design case studies: a dashboard that runs a real estate operation, an AI property advisor for the UAE market, and a landing page that connects buyers with homes. Every screen of each presentation is included.

What these real estate projects have in common

Property is a big decision with a lot of data around it: prices, locations, agents, viewings, documents. The design work in each of these projects is about cutting that down to what matters at each step. For a manager it is the state of the whole operation. For a buyer it is the few homes that actually fit, and a clear next step.

The real estate projects

  • Emura is a real estate management platform: properties, agents, customers and revenue in one web app, with a mobile layout of its dashboard and the design system behind both.
  • Lyvio is an AI property advisor designed for the UAE market. Instead of endless listings, it learns how a person lives, then recommends homes that fit. I designed the mobile app and the website.
  • Homelo is a landing page for a real estate company that connects buyers with apartments, villas and commercial spaces, from market research through testing.

Close to property, JurisLex is a website for a Sydney law firm that specialises in real estate law.

How I approach real estate product design

I design real estate products around two views of the same data. Managers need totals, trends and lists they can act on, so Emura puts key figures in cards above the working lists. Buyers need fewer, better choices, so Lyvio leads with recommendations rather than search filters. On the marketing side, a page like Homelo has to show real homes, real locations and one obvious way to get in touch. For more on the work itself, see my real estate product design page.

Frequently asked questions

  • From Emura: the properties and their status, agents and their performance, customers, and revenue analytics, each with its own list and detail view. The main screen sums them up so a manager can see the whole operation before drilling into any one part.

  • Yes. Lyvio was designed for the UAE market, with a mobile app and a website. If your product needs Arabic and English, I design both directions from the start rather than flipping the layout at the end.

  • Yes. I build web apps and websites in React and Next.js and mobile apps in React Native or Flutter. A project starts with a free 30 minute intro call, then a written scope and one fixed quote.
