What landing page design costs in Dubai in 2026, with prices in AED

Landing page design cost in Dubai in 2026: published AED prices, Clutch rates I counted, the Arabic version, PDPL consent, hosting and 5% VAT, line by line.

Summarize with

A landing page in Dubai costs anything from about AED 1,000 for a template page to AED 20,000 or more for a custom page from a premium agency, going by the prices five UAE providers publish. Most of their ranges sit between AED 2,000 and 8,000 for one page, usually in one language.

By the hour, the most common rate among UAE web design firms on Clutch is USD 25 to 49 (about AED 92 to 180): 38% of the 735 firms that publish a rate, in my count of 5 October 2026. An Arabic version adds AED 2,000 to 8,000, or 15 to 30%, in published estimates, and a VAT-registered UAE supplier adds 5%.

This guide is for marketing leads and founders budgeting a campaign page in dirhams, and it's how I scope my own landing page design services in Dubai. It splits a quote into the lines that cost money: copy, design, build, the Arabic version, tracking and consent, testing and hosting. You won't find a price of mine here; every number is someone else's, sourced at the end.

Landing page design cost in Dubai: what UAE providers publish

Five UAE companies publish a landing page price. I read each on 5 October 2026:

Provider and baseDateLanding page priceIncluded, as stated
Dubai Monsters, Dubai18 August 2026AED 2,000 to 4,500Responsive build, call to action, lead form, basic tracking, email or CRM link

GLDS Design Studio, DubaiApril 2026AED 3,000 to 8,000Templates at 3,000 to 4,000; custom design and copy support at 6,000 to 8,000
Hikmah AI Agency, Dubai Internet City31 March 2026Freelancer 1,500 to 4,000; boutique 4,000 to 10,000; premium 8,000 to 20,000A 3 to 10 business day timeline
Innomedia, Ras Al Khaimah30 April 2026From AED 1,000A one-page site

The spread is wide because "landing page" covers everything from a theme with your logo on it to a bilingual page with its own copy, tracking and CRM routing. None says how its range was set, so read them as price lists, not market data. Copy appears in only one table (GLDS, at the top of its range), tracking in one (Dubai Monsters) and Arabic in none, since Hikmah and GLDS price it separately.

A check I use on any quote: divide it by an hourly rate. At the most common UAE band, AED 4,500 buys 25 to 49 hours, and AED 2,000 buys 11 to 22. That's enough for a template page in one language, not for two languages with copy, tracking and consent.

Clutch rates for UAE web design firms, counted on 5 October 2026

Clutch is the best public source for agency rates, since every listing shows an hourly band and a minimum project. On 5 October 2026 its list of web design companies in the UAE said 1,148 companies. I read every page and counted each firm once: 1,147 distinct firms with a UAE address, plus three featured listings that only "serve" the UAE, which I left out.

Of the 735 firms that publish a rate, 125 (17%) charge under USD 25 an hour, 281 (38%) charge USD 25 to 49, 166 (23%) charge USD 50 to 99 (AED 184 to 364) and 163 (22%) charge USD 100 or more. Another 412 publish no rate.

Of the 758 that state a minimum project, 437 (58%) start at USD 1,000 (AED 3,673) and 201 (27%) at USD 5,000 (AED 18,363); 83 ask for USD 10,000 and 37 for USD 25,000 or more. A USD 5,000 minimum rules out most single pages, so check it before you call.

The first page, the 50 firms Clutch ranks highest, is pricier: 20 charge USD 50 to 99 and 12 charge USD 100 or more. Clutch says it may earn a fee for some placements, so I use the list for prices, not as a ranking. And 938 of the 1,147 give a Dubai address.

Clutch's web design pricing guide, updated 21 September 2026, puts firms building on Webflow, WordPress and similar builders at USD 25 to 49 an hour.

Freelance rates and Dubai salaries for the people on a page

A landing page needs a writer, a designer and a developer, often a translator too. Here is what each costs on Upwork and as an employee in Dubai:

RoleUpwork median, worldwideIn AED an hourDubai monthly pay, Glassdoor
Web designerUSD 15 to 3055 to 110AED 4,000 to 9,000, median 6,000 (32 salaries)
Front-end developerUSD 15 to 3555 to 129AED 5,000 to 27,000, median 8,000 (96)
CopywriterUSD 19 to 4570 to 165AED 9,000 to 18,000, median 14,000 (90)
Translator, any languageUSD 15 to 2555 to 92not checked

Upwork's web designer cost page puts a basic one-page site at USD 15 to 40+ an hour and expects 10 hours for a very small design, up to several dozen for a large custom one. Its data comes from contracts worldwide, not the UAE.

The Glassdoor pay data for Dubai web designers rests on small samples, but the point is clear: a designer's median month costs about the same as one mid-range page from a provider. Hiring pays off when you launch pages every month, rarely for one campaign once visa, insurance and gratuity are added, which my guide to UI/UX and app design costs in Dubai works through.

What each line of a landing page quote pays for

An annotated Dubai campaign page and its Arabic phone version, with the eight lines of a landing page quote, drawn on 5 October 2026.
  1. Message and copy. Headline, offer and proof written for one ad set. If the ad promised a payment plan, the page leads with it.
  2. Design. Hero, proof and form, drawn for a phone first. Statcounter's UAE mobile figures put Android at 73.3% of mobile traffic in September 2026, so I picture a mid-range Android, not the newest iPhone.
  3. Arabic version. A second page, mirrored right to left, with its own type and line lengths.
  4. Lead capture. WhatsApp click to chat with a message prefilled per campaign, a short form, and leads sent to your CRM tagged with their ad.
  5. Consent. A separate, unticked marketing opt-in, a record of what each person agreed to and a way to withdraw.
  6. Tracking. Pixels and conversion events that wait for the visitor's choice, then get tested.
  7. Compliance space. A permit number and QR code for property, fee notes for finance, disclaimers for health. Your legal team owns the words; the quote pays for room to show them.
  8. Build, testing and hosting. The page in Framer, Webflow or Next.js, checked on Android and iPhone in both languages, on a plan and domain you own.

When two quotes differ by thousands of dirhams, lay them against these eight lines. Check first whether the cheaper one drops lines 1, 3, 5 or 6, the four the published price lists mention least.

The Arabic version: price it as its own line

An Arabic landing page is not the English page with translated strings. The page changes direction, set with the dir attribute in MDN's HTML reference, and with it the reading order, arrows, form fields and where the eye lands first. Arabic headlines run to a different length, Arabic type needs its own size and line height, and a +971 number must stay left to right inside Arabic text.

The published costs are thin. Hikmah adds AED 2,000 to 8,000 for Arabic translation and right to left implementation; GLDS says to budget 15 to 30% more for a genuine bilingual site. I found no survey of what Arabic adds to a landing page in particular.

My rule: if the ad ran in Arabic, the page it opens reads in Arabic too, designed rather than pasted. When most buyers read Arabic first, I make Arabic the master and adapt the English from it, and a native speaker on your side approves every Arabic word. That's how I plan bilingual campaign pages for Dubai; my notes on RTL UI design for Arabic interfaces cover the mirroring rules.

I'd rather ship one language well than two badly. If the Arabic copy can't be written and reviewed before launch, I'd go live in English, run the Arabic ads a week later, and say so in the scope.

Tracking, pixels and PDPL consent

This is the line I would never cut, and the one most price lists skip. The UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on personal data, the PDPL, shapes it in four places:

  • Article 1 counts a person's electronic identifier as personal data.
  • Article 4 bans processing personal data without consent, apart from listed exceptions.
  • Article 6 wants consent you can prove, clear, simple and unambiguous, and easy to withdraw.
  • Article 17 lets people object to direct marketing.

The law doesn't mention cookies, so this is my reading, not legal advice: a pixel that ties a click to a device processes personal data, so I load it after the visitor accepts. Firms licensed in the financial centre answer to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection under DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020 instead.

The tools are cheap or free. Google's consent mode documentation explains how Google tags adjust to the visitor's consent choice. The cost is the work around it: a banner in both languages, tags that wait, a form that stores what each person ticked, and a test of what fires after "Reject".

What Google Ads and Meta check on the page

Google Ads' Quality Score guide scores keywords from 1 to 10 on expected clickthrough rate, ad relevance and landing page experience, its estimate of how relevant and useful your page is to people who click. Its destination requirements policy adds that the page must work on common browsers and devices, be crawlable and be reachable where you target.

Meta's Advertising Standards say ad review can include the landing page, and that the products and services in an ad must match those on the page.

Both push you towards one page, or at least one first screen, per ad set. An Arabic Snapchat ad and an English LinkedIn ad deserve different headlines, so the copy and design lines multiply. Each variant costs less than the first page, but it isn't free, so count your ad sets before you ask for quotes.

Property is the special case: every Dubai property ad needs a Trakheesi permit and its QR code, on the ad and the page. My guide to Trakheesi permits on Dubai property sites covers the rules; for the quote, it means room near the hero for both and a way to swap the permit per project.

A worked example in AED, with hosting and VAT

This is an estimate, not a quote and not my price. The page: one campaign page in English and Arabic, a form and WhatsApp, pixels behind a consent banner, built in Webflow and tested on phones. The hours per line are my assumption for illustration; their total, 64 hours or eight working days, sits inside the 3 to 10 business days Hikmah gives for a landing page. The rates are Clutch's two most common UAE bands.

LineHours (assumed)At USD 25 to 49 an hourAt USD 50 to 99 an hour
1. Message and copy6AED 551 to 1,080AED 1,102 to 2,181
2. Design, phone and desktop16AED 1,469 to 2,879AED 2,938 to 5,817
3. Arabic layout and review10AED 918 to 1,800AED 1,836 to 3,636
8. Build in Webflow14AED 1,285 to 2,519AED 2,571 to 5,090
4. Form, WhatsApp, CRM4AED 367 to 720AED 735 to 1,454

8. Testing, both languages4AED 367 to 720AED 735 to 1,454

Total64AED 5,876 to 11,517AED 11,752 to 23,269

Lines are rounded. One row worked through: 64 hours × USD 25 = USD 1,600, × 3.6725 = AED 5,876.

Then the running costs. Webflow's pricing lists the Basic site plan at USD 15 a month billed yearly (AED 661 a year), and Framer's pricing its Basic plan at USD 10 (AED 441). Hikmah lists a .ae domain at AED 200 to 400 a year. Keep both in your company's name.

VAT is 5%, charged since 1 January 2018, and registration is mandatory above AED 375,000 of taxable supplies a year, per the UAE government's VAT page. A registered UAE supplier adds it; a supplier abroad doesn't, and a registered buyer self-accounts under the reverse charge in the Federal Tax Authority's VAT guide. Here, 5% is AED 294 to 1,163, so year one comes to about AED 7,000 to 25,500 with Webflow and a domain.

The low end sits inside the published boutique range and the high end matches premium agencies. My Arabic line covers layout and review only; Arabic copywriting or translation comes on top, which is why published add-ons run higher.

How I scope a landing page

Most of the cost is decided in scoping, so I do it in a fixed order:

  1. A free 30 minute intro call. I ask for the launch date, the ad plan (platforms, languages, ad sets), who writes the copy, where leads should land, and whether a permit or disclaimer must appear.
  2. The date first. I work backwards from the day media goes live, leaving time for your Arabic reviewer and compliance team.
  3. Message before pixels. Copy is agreed in a shared document, then the Arabic and English pages are designed side by side, built, tracked and tested on phones over mobile data.
  4. A written scope and one fixed quote, listing every line in this guide, with what's in and out. Nothing is billed by the hour, and there's no retainer.
  5. A steady rhythm: weekly design sprints in Figma, a written Slack update every 48 hours and a review call each week, ending in a documented design system and handoff.

What I won't do: quote a bilingual page without knowing who writes the Arabic, or add pixels before the consent banner works. Both are cheaper to settle on day one than in launch week. My team designed Homelo, a landing page for a real estate company, and FinFuse, a landing page for a fintech partner.

Where I would start

Start with the date and the ad plan, not the design. Count the ad sets and languages, decide who writes the Arabic, and ask every supplier to price the eight lines separately, with VAT on its own line. Then divide each quote by its rate to see the hours it buys. Before you brief anyone, look through the landing page patterns that work.

If you'd like my team to take the whole page, from copy to consent, start with my landing page work for Dubai launches, or see how I approach landing page design for campaigns and launches anywhere. It begins with a free 30 minute call from Dhaka, two hours ahead of Dubai, then a written scope and one fixed quote; there's more about how I work if you want it first.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a landing page cost in Dubai?

Published prices from five UAE providers run from about AED 1,000 for a template page to AED 20,000 at a premium agency, and most ranges sit between AED 2,000 and 8,000 for one page in one language. Built from Clutch's two most common UAE rate bands, a bilingual page with tracking and consent comes to roughly AED 5,900 to 23,300 before VAT and hosting.

How much does an Arabic landing page cost?

One Dubai agency's guide adds AED 2,000 to 8,000 for Arabic translation and right to left layout, and a Dubai studio suggests 15 to 30% on top of the English price. Neither explains how it got there, and I found no survey. Ask for the Arabic version as its own line, with copy or translation, layout and review listed separately.

What hourly rates do UAE web design agencies charge?

On 5 October 2026 I counted 1,147 UAE-based web design firms on Clutch. Of the 735 that publish a rate, 17% charge under USD 25 an hour, 38% charge USD 25 to 49 (AED 92 to 180), 23% charge USD 50 to 99 (AED 184 to 364) and 22% charge USD 100 or more (AED 367 and up).

Is a freelancer cheaper for a landing page in the UAE?

Usually, by the hour. Upwork's worldwide medians are USD 15 to 30 an hour for web designers and USD 19 to 45 for copywriters, and one Dubai agency puts freelance landing pages at AED 1,500 to 4,000. The catch is that one person rarely covers copy, two languages, build and tracking, so ask who does each line.

Do I pay VAT on a landing page in the UAE?

If your supplier is VAT-registered in the UAE, yes: 5%, shown on a tax invoice. Registration is mandatory above AED 375,000 of taxable supplies a year, so a small freelancer may charge none. A supplier outside the UAE charges no UAE VAT, and a registered buyer accounts for it under the reverse charge.

Does the UAE PDPL apply to landing page forms and pixels?

Yes, when they collect personal data. The PDPL counts an electronic identifier as personal data, makes consent the default basis for processing, and requires consent that is clear, provable and easy to withdraw. Firms licensed in DIFC follow DIFC's own Data Protection Law instead. Either way, have your legal adviser confirm the wording before launch.

How long does it take to build a landing page in Dubai?

One Dubai agency gives 3 to 10 business days for a landing page. Two languages, a compliance review and tracking push a page towards the long end. I plan backwards from the date your media goes live, with time for your Arabic reviewer and legal team before anything is switched on.

Sources and method

I read every source on 5 October 2026. For Clutch, I opened every page of the UAE web design list in a browser and counted each firm once, since sponsored listings repeat on every page. Dollars are converted at the peg of AED 3.6725 to USD 1 and rounded. Data is thin for landing page prices (vendor blogs, no stated method), the cost of Arabic (two estimates) and salaries (small Glassdoor samples, total pay). Upwork's rates are worldwide. The worked example's hours are my assumption; its rates are Clutch's.
